Previous to LUCAS WEALTH & RETIREMENT Jessie-Jo served as Vice-President of Alternative Investments at Woodforest Wealth- A division of Woodforest Bank based in The Woodlands, TX. Jessie-Jo started her Financial Services Career in 2018 with Amerilife- America's largest privately held retirement services and marketing firm, where she was promoted to Branch Leader within 6 months

Prior to entering the Financial Services field, Jessie-Jo managed The Florida Region for Solar Energy Division of TESLA. 

Previous to TESLA, Jessie Jo spent 9 years in Executive Leadeship with Tommy Hilfiger (South East US Senior District Manager).

NOW- In love with running her own firm and the dozens of complimentary retirement seminars Jessie-Jo and Michael  provide yearly, Jessie-Jo embraces the relationships with clients and takes them "behind the curtain", providing the tools and resources for a retirement of abundance and prosperity while minimizing fees and confusing terminology.
